Sample: How could I get a sample?
We have to charge your fee for samples and their express delivery cost, then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are 50% extra on the offer sheet. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.
Note: we will pay back the fee of sample since you place the order in the future.
Price: Could I get your price list?
Yes, please tell us the products (with their item number), quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail.
Shipment: What kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by sea via our shipping agent; we can ship the products to any destination port of the world.
Shipping by express will not be arranged before you make 100% payment.
OEM or Custom Order: Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in your factory?
Of course you can. Welcome to do OEM or Custom Order. What you need to do is to send us the artwork of products; we will submit for your approval before mass production.
Payment Terms: How we arrange payment?
T/T:Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance upon copy of B/L.For small orders, 100% payment after contract confirmation is suggested,it will save your bank fee.
Lead Time: How soon we can get the shipment?
Production will be arranged once the order and payment be confirmed, we will take 20-30 days to arrange production, shipment booking will take less than 7 days. Delivery time depends on the destination port.
Shipping Insurance: How to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange shipping insurance for you.
Placing order: How to place an order?
Email order details to Sales Department including product item number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries, consignee's contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.
